General conditions
- The Saleroom is asked to auction for the objects left in charge on behalf of the Customers, who can be both an individual person or a company of any kind. The auction sale results, also in the case of a forestalled sale of goods or whatever with illegal origin, affect directly the Seller or the Buyer, even if they are companies of any kind, without any responsibility for the Saleroom except for the responsibilities resulting from the auction sale order received.
- The sales are done to the best bidder and they are cash. Transfers to somebody else of lots already knocked down, are not accepted. The Saleroom will hold responsible for the payment only the highest bidder. Therefore, taking part to the auction on behalf of somebody else, must be previously transmitted and confirmed with a written authorization.
- The evaluations must have references first such as s.t. (starting price) that is to say the minimum fixed price; eval.(evaluation of the object done by the Saleroom). Or f.b. (free bid), that is to say a lot on sale to the best bidder without the minimum starting price. The descriptions represent an opinion and they are only approximate, therefore they do not involve any responsibility on behalf of the Saleroom. Any objections must be written down within ten days from the knocking down and, if they are valid, exclusively the paid amount will be returned without any other claim.
