Carved wooden coin cabinet, finely lacquered and gilded with a slipcase, painted mother-of-pearl plaques, and faux marble columns. Four drawers on the front, a hinged lid with a secret compartment, and internal compartments. Venice. Second half of the 16th century. Minor signs of wear.
